We are a small, early stage company with paying clients across Asia, particularly Korea, and growing interest from Japan, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Our work is human, theory grounded, and practical. We do not sell things people do not need.

• Someone comfortable owning relationships and seeing things through
• Someone who enjoys working between cultures, contexts, and ways of thinking
• Someone who values depth, trust, and clarity over speed and scale
• Someone who can operate independently but values close collaboration
• Someone aligned with mission driven work rather than transactional selling
Please send your CV or LinkedIn profile to ch@hunterglobalcoach.com
• 2 to 5 years experience in account management, partnerships, community, client services, or similar
• Experience working across cultures or internationally is a strong advantage
• Japanese language capability is a strong advantage but not required
• Comfort working in English is required
Hunter Global is an early stage company. This role includes a modest monthly base compensation with additional upside linked to revenue from accounts you support and grow. Final structure is agreed transparently in advance. This is a remote role with flexible location and hours, focused on outcomes rather than presence.
Hunter Global has strong demand and proven impact. What we need now is support in holding and growing relationships so the founder can focus on delivery, strategy, and depth of work without carrying every external conversation alone.

To understand a place is not to tick off its highlights, but to grasp its rhythms. Who has power. Who is visible. Who is not.

A choice made in April may be entirely rewritten in June. This is not seen as evidence of weakness. It is often interpreted as responsiveness.
