How We Work

We start with what is real and current: an interview, a move, a board presentation, a difficult email thread, a team that feels “off”. In sessions, we:

  • Rehearse the conversations that matter before you have them
  • Adjust how you communicate so that what you mean is what others hear

Research and technology sit quietly in the background (used to analyse patterns and prepare) while the work you experience is human, direct and practical.

Hunter Global is built around the practice of Caolan Hunter, a cross‑cultural consultant who has worked with over 600 clients across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and advised teams linked to organisations such as Samsung, Netflix APAC and leading business schools.
